Snowrev.com at Baqueira-Beret Snow Resort - Snowrev Crew spent a blast at Baqueira-Beret. Baqueira-Beret is a great resort situated in the Valley of Aran in Cataluña. It is very famous; it’s where the Royal Family of Spain and the High Class of Spain spend his vacation.

The resort has 104 km of slopes, the highest point at 2510mtrs and the lowest at 1500mtrs. There are 33 trails and the resort is open from December until March. Depends on the conditions the ticket is around $42.

Valle Nevado Resort is located in Santiago, Chile and is the Largest Skiable Acreage in the Southern Hemisphere - 23,000-acre total surface area. It has 23 miles of trails on snow that is appropriate for all levels and preferences and it is all fit into a natural environment that allows you to enjoy clear, sunny days more than 80% of the time. Top it all off with excellent snow quality due to the orientation and altitude of the resort. There is just no comparison! The most daring skiers and snowboarders will also find that Valle Nevado is leading the way in Latin America due to the fact that we have a Snow Park for jumps and free-style and a Half Pipe that has enabled us to become the only site in the Southern Hemisphere for the World Cup of Snowboard.

The Canyon side of Mammoth Mountain is officially closed. That also means that South Park/ Chair 4 Park is also closed and the film crews begin their private sessions. The park crew at Mammoth built a really sick feature for today’s session and The Autumn Line film crew was there to hit it. We were stoked to be invited to film for a quick teaser of what went down. Gabe Taylor, Greg Hahn, Doug Mercer, Johnny Centi, Kimmy Fasani, Bobby George, and a few other riders showed up to session this kicker. The session was awesome.

“Yea! “ “Awesome!” “waa hoo!” are many of the words that get tossed around “The Lake” as cheezy as it sounds, it’s hard to resist hollering out in shouts of sheer joy when touring around Lake Louise with friends. Lake Louise is only 1 hour west of Banff and has one of the bet views in the Bow Valley. The Terrain at Lake Louise has pretty much everything you could ever want, steep lines, cliff drops, park laps and punter runs. With 7 lifts spread over one and a half mountains you’ll only have to come here once to see it’s the best resort in the Rockies!! Thanks to Rebeckah Hornung, Jen Dykstra and The Resorts of The Canadian Rockies our time at Lake Louise was totally awesome.

Cockaigne is more than the Western New York legend. Its where the entire Revolution began for the founder and owner of Snowboard Revolution Johnny Centi. Back in the day when John was a wee little one he rode with the Cockaigne Snowboard Posse, an innovative young group of rebellions that raised hell at Cockaigne. This place is a build your own and get creative kind of reort. There are a ton of natural jib features and a ton of lake effect snow that falls every few weeks. This resort quite possibly gets the most snow in New York state. So if you want to get creative, ride a ton of snow, and experience an East Coast resort with mad snowboard history ride Cockaigne and ride the Legend.

Gore Mountain New York

For the New York freerider, Gore Mountain is one mountain that should be on your “must ride” checklist. The mountain holds snow in some tucked off runs for days after the powder has all been ridden.  So go get it. The people at Gore mountain were all super polite and they seem to have a good crew of up and coming snowboarders that visit on the weekends. They have a terrain park that is located at the Ski Bowl Park and will be open for night riding.  If you are looking for a mountain to escape the school atmosphere, city life, or just rip a sick NY mountain check out Gore. Gore is More.
